When you are working for yourself...

When you are working for yourself no one is saying you to do work you work at your own time yet that freedom does cause lot of procrastination as you don't have specific time you take breaks anytime some times that break takes your whole day without you doing anything.

I have like 30 minutes morning routine yet sometimes it goes beyond 1-2 hr as I get into YouTube or social media. Again I work for like 2hrs straight yet then I take a break & that break goes whole day just because I get into YouTube again, TV or movie & I don't realise the time being wasted. It happens again again, I feel like I have lot of energy & I love my work yet this distractions & my habits creates the whole cycle of procrastination. 

Solution is to have
1. Specific time to do things
2. Self-discipline to do things
3. Start with smallest tasks
4. Triggers

It's going to teach me self-discipline
