Practical Questions for Jobs!
The solution to development of a country or skillset of individuals is removing the standards used by companies like aptitude, technical round and stuff. The thing should be replaced with practical questions. For eg- for digital marketing you ask how can you increase the SEO, which tools are used for it.
Now if you tell we hire in bulk well then ask questions according to it, for eg - you have different categories like digital marketing, call center, software development just like aptitude, other stuff section we have currently. And you ask only practical questions. So the person who scores highest for particular domain is hired for that domain easily. Because of practical questions for job, students will start learning, understanding things instead of cracking exams, reading & memorizing. This will result in more practical thinking among future generations.
They will think more practically & right people will go up. Even if out of 20 people 10 go abroad 10 stays which is sufficient. This people can help India become a developed nation. So job people should have practical questions, exams like gate should have same. Similarly college should have independent subjects I have option to choose digitalmarketing, hacking, software you have option to choose digitalmarketing, hardware, data.
For first 2 yrs you give freedom to explore different fields in computer then give this options. Here too you cannot decide someone by exams so check their projects. So for getting jobs students will do it!
Now those are problems, ideas how can we make this vision to reality it is by contacting most powerful authority which is government. Government should make this a standard so that every company in India at least follow this. We are working on it
The aim is to have more practical, creative thinkers than silly toppers and memorizers. More India will have innovations, creations which will make us a developed country
During college have 60-40 ratio
