All the problems, thoughts you are running away from will show up one day so stop running & solve it, listen to your mind, listen what it's trying to tell you!
See whatever problem you are running from will return again for sure until you solve it. So instead of trying to ignore or converting every problem into positive you need to understand the problem & see it's future effects if not changed, write it down & solve it!

We often runway from anxieties, problems by ignoring them yet when we sit still and do nothing all those things show up. We may then get frustrated, may even cry sometimes yet when we keep persisting with closed eyes & silence all those things go away. We then realize what the problem is & often we get answer to many life problems. So the key is to just sit, close eyes , set the timer for about 60minutes (if you have guts to do so) or 30/15minutes & do nothing I mean do nothing literally no mantras, no breathing exercises or any background music, also no attempt to change the negative thoughts into positive (important). You just sit with closed eyes & observe your thoughts if you are a newbie into meditation then you may get many thoughts coming up or no thoughts for first 2-3 minutes. The art of doing this exercise is to just see thoughts, you can also note down those notes in a book while meditating, I do it every time I meditate as this helps in getting clarity about what my mind is trying to tell me or what's really happening in a situation, gain clarity about reality as we suffer in life because we are not able to see things as they are instead we try to see it as we want it to be. Just write down whatever is coming up in a paper without opening eyes you don't need to care about handwriting or anything just write it. After 30 minutes all the deep thoughts show up & you see the realities in front of you, the things you are running from show up now for some people it may take more time yet it does show up! At this moment you may cry, feel lot of frustrations as all those things you were ignoring or running way from show up. Just keep going & don't open your eyes until the timer goes off. It is like a therapy experience the only difference is here you listen to your mind rather than having someone sitting in front of you & listening to you. For first few days you may feel frustrations yet once you learn to see & understand those thoughts the things that were bothering you go away. Also because of notes you also gain more clarity. I have personally found solutions to many problems. Remember You are the best advisor, therapist for yourself! Now I meditate for around 3hrs straight yet now I am more calm & peaceful than before. From being very anxious, negative emotions individual to calm person this mediation has definitely helped me so it will help you too!
Face the thoughts, your internal fears & become Free! Schedule time for this exercise atleast once a week, it will help you know what's happening in your life, self-reflect.
