From my personal experience, I used to work & sleep at like 6-7am, sometimes not sleeping. Now I really enjoyed designing website, creating programs, other stuffs yet it works for like 1-2 weeks & after that the productivity levels goes below & for next 1-2 weeks I am unable to give my best also due to sleep deprivation the anxieties, negative thoughts show up. We normally have thinking that today we sacrifice something for greater tomorrow yet for sleep this isn't the case if you sacrifice sleep for 2 weeks then it will return again & will take your another 2 weeks of productivity. In long-term this cycle is not good for health as well I believe. And you need to be alive to create things right? Now I am working on sleeping early slowly slowly. If you are someone who believes in sacrificing sleep then do start sleeping early & sacrifice something different or else you may not be able to function at your best. Elon Musk works so hard yet he also gives sleep a priority.
